Peer Leader: Kandi Maxwell Writers' Workshop is a class in writing production. It's a chance for you to bring work you've written to a group of involved writers for insightful input. You will read the pieces you've written and share your perceptions of others' writing in the discussion sessions that follow each reading. Our goal is to provide each writer a critique that is specific, constructive, sincere and helpful, and inspires the writer to do his or her best work. Special Note: Critique Focus: it's on the writing. Start with the positives – what works Point out what isn’t clear, what doesn’t work, and what could be improved Offer helpful, specific suggestions for consideration This class will meet in the Conference Room Jan. 30 to Mar. 6 and DeRocco Room Mar. 20 to May 8.
