Remember how the staff were cheerful and took great pride in their products, Most importantly, do you remember the smells and tastes of the marvelous food, fresh from the smoker?

I am I.Q.4U. a Barbeque Pit Master with over 20 years experience making custom, made to order, old fashioned, slow smoked Barbeque. No employees, just me, no one else.
Let’s talk about nuts!
My wife has always loved Pecans and Cashews. Other nuts were fine, but these were her favorites. It was only natural I suppose, that eventually I would combine her love of Pecans and Cashews with my love of Barbecue. Thus, a new Gourmet taste sensation was born: I.Q.4U. Smoked Pecans and Cashews. This discovery did not come quickly or without considerable effort and expense.
Years ago, when I began this project, I smoke-roasted many types of nuts. Some turned out well, but most did not. It didn’t take long to realize that despite their higher cost, the only nuts I would specialize in would be Pecans and Cashews. Besides, smoked Almonds were already available for purchase in cans at almost any market.
After years of producing this gourmet treat for family and friends, I am proud to announce their availability to discriminating palettes!
